Return of the product
The exchange and return of the product is possible within 7 days after receiving the order from the online store* in the case of:
- Absence of traces of product operation.
- Preservation of the presentation, consumer properties, factory labels and labels. The product must be returned in its original packaging with other attachments.

- The parcel to be returned must contain a packaged product without traces of use (with the preservation of labels, factory labels and recommendations).

Money refund
- The time for the return of goods to the warehouse can reach 4-14 working days by international delivery services.
- After we receive the goods in Moscow and make sure that all the return conditions are met, your request will be processed within 1-2 business days and a refund will be made.*
